Baseball will not be a part of the 2012 Summer Olympics being held in London, England. With the 2016 Summer Olympics occuring four years later, do you believe that baseball and softball should be reinstated for the 2016 Summer Olympics? Why or Why Not?

As you know, golf will be a part of the Olympics and they’ve decided to play a 72 hole stroke play event. I would rather see anything but that especially after watching the President’s Cup or maybe something reminiscent of the ADT Skills Challenge. I think if the rest of the world saw the skill needed to hit certain golf shots, it will be more appreciated. What say you?

Seven sports are seeking inclusion into the 2016 Olympics they are: Golf, seven aside Rugby, baseball, softball, squash, karate and roller sports. Only TWO of these sports will win entry by voting of the International Olympic Committee. Baseball and softball are separate entries. Tiger Woods has already said he will play if golf becomes an Olympic sport (he will be 40 at that time).
